Commercial Solar Systems

Commercial Solar Services

Solar energy is clean, green energy that can save the environment. On the way toward harnessing sunlight for renewable, sustainable, and reliable solar energy.

With the considerable raise in wholesale energy costs over the last 12 months we are all starting to feel the effects as they filter through to the end user.

As a business there are now other ways to offset these absorbent costs other that increase the prices of your goods and service you sell to your customers.

If you don’t want to increase your prices because you feel this will affect the loyalty of your customer base and by increasing your prices could lose them, you will have to absorb these costs that will be a dramatic hit your bottom-line.

There is a way to turn the tables, so you are paying reduced electricity rates, turn a negative cash flow into a positive cash flow situation.

We are obviously talking about solar.

At this point I must stress there is minimal to no capital outlay required to proceed.

I would like to present 2 different business models

PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) Fully Funded

Paid Model – Funded, using a percentage of the saving to pay back the load over an agreed number of years the rest seeing a positive situation from day one.

Win – Win Situation

PPA (Power Purchase Agreement):

 Suitable for larger premises using over 100,000 kWh  on a 20/25 year lease.

  1. Rooftop Solar

  2. Car Park  Solar Canopies

  3. Land Solar  (Minimum 5 acre)

1] Rooftop Solar

If you have roof space of 6,000 sq ft plus, and are currently using 100,000 kWh pa you could qualify for a PPA. We will en-devour to install as many solar panels as possible to cover your monthly usage even on the shortest light months of the year. This means you will benefit from a much cheap rate of electric all year round.

2] Car Park Solar Canopies:
Car Park canopies are placed in large car parks over all the parking spaces with solar panels on the
top.  The advantage of these canopies is that they keep cars cool and out of the sun during the day and protect them from the elements in the winter.

3] Land Solar:

Land solar can be used for two purposes:

1. To install ground mounted solar for the customers own use.

2. The customer leases the land to us in exchange for us installing a solar system on the land.

With option 1, the customer can purchase the ground mounted solar and benefit all the electricity it produces.

With option 2, they can just lease the land to us for a solar installation for 25 years and we will pay
the landowner a rent every year and sell the energy back to the grid.

Land on its own could be:

* Unused Farmland
* Brownfield Sites
* Landfill Sites
* Contaminated Land

Paid Model:

This model starts with premises capable of having installs of 300 kWh plus

The lower entry level on with this business model means far more properties can enjoy the benefits of having solar.

How does it work if I do not have funds to invest?

Example:

  • Your electricity bills are currently £10,000 pm

  • Where we can, we will install enough Solar to covering your monthly usage and a bit more.

  • The cost of installing solar will be paid for by of our independent funders. (Basically, a loan)

  • Because you are now producing your own electric you now have an extra £10k per month, this is not including any income gained from selling back to the grid what you don’t use.

  • Use £8k per month to pay back the load for say 5 years

  • You are at least £2k per month cash positive and future proofed to any increase in electricity price raises.

  • After the load has been paid back you will enjoy the full benefits of your solar system and increased the value of your premises.
